How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Paddle on over to your email and send us a message at [email protected] with the following info (or use our handy template below):

Step 2: Pack It Up

Once we approve your request (we’ll respond faster than a perfect shore break), pack your items:

  • Use the original packaging if possible
  • Include all tags and original labels
  • Don’t forget to include the packing slip

Step 3: Ship It Back

Note: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Details

Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 3-5 business days):

  • Timing: Refunds process within 5-7 business days
  • Method: Funds will return to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

Want to swap for a different size or style? No problem!

Non-Returnable Items

To keep our coastal community sustainable, these items can’t be returned:

  • Final sale items (clearly marked on product pages)
  • Swimwear with removed hygiene tags
  • Personalized or customized products

International Returns

For our global crew (except Asia and some remote areas):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
