Return Basics
- Return window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
- Refund method: Original payment method
- Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
How to Return or Exchange
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

- Subject: “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
- Details of item(s) you’re returning (product name, size, color, quantity)
- Reason for return
- For exchanges: include new product details
- Your original payment method
- Shipping address
Step 2: Pack It Up
- Use original packaging if possible
- Include all tags and original labels
- Don’t forget the packing slip!

Refund Details
- Timing: Refunds process within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return

Non-Returnable Items
To keep our coastal community sustainable, these items can’t be returned:
- Final sale items (clearly marked on product pages)
- Swimwear with removed hygiene tags

International Returns
